All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. If you'd like to arrange a different carrier email us at portraitofadrownedman@gmail.com before ordering.

If you're unhappy with your order please email us at portraitofadrownedman@gmail.com and we'll do our best to work out a solution. If your order experienced minimal damage during shipping (bent album jacket corners, etc), we may ask you to cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
